- Mark Dowd and Alex Sotirov are super pimps for their talk on "How To Impress Girls With Browser Memory Protection Bypasses". This talk introduced a very clever means of bypassing the memory protection mechanisms in Vista when dealing with browser exploits. Phenomenal talk with an awesome sense of humor.
- I passed the NOP cert by Immunity, with an embarrassing time in the mid to high thirties (I forget my exact time, but it isn't flattering). This was a fun test, and I recommend it to anyone who gets a chance to sit down and take it. In the 40 minute time limit, it tests your ability to find and exploit simple stack overflows on Windows 2000.
